Extremely useful book from SCM Focus

As a corporate SAP Recruiter and Trainer for over 5 years working within an international company I provided high-level consultants to high-level clients such as Deloitte & Touche among others. I had to become well versed in the acronym heavy technical software environment of SAP to source, screen and place the right candidates with clients as well as to train other recruiters. I WISH I had these SCM Focus books on hand as they would have been an immeasurable help in explaining the Supply Chain concept from start to finish.
With helpful screen-shots, large text and diagrams in easy to read 'plain' English (at least as plain as you can be to be clear in SAP), it is a great tool for the novice software engineer, the technical recruiter and a great refresher/ reference for the experienced.

No stone left unturned - professional and through

Another great output from the author. One of the great strengths of this book is that it is clearly written from a truly independent perspective which means that the author is free to "tell it how it is" and not be biased in any way towards one particular supplier and application. The content is laid out in a very methodical and easy-to-read format which is vital in a book of this nature and it's obvious that a significant investment of time and effort has been made in its publication. I think this book would find a good home on the shelves of all supply chain planners whether they are new to their roles or very experienced - I think everyone will learn something of practical use.

Easy To Follow and Great Information

I purchased this book in conjunction with Snapp's Supply Forecasting Software book. I think the two work perfectly together, as it brought a new way of thinking to our company. The books are well written, and can be understood by anyone of management quality. The applications shown in this book are very useful and can be adapted to your specific needs easily.
